Since Donny has moved on to the Rolandette's, Mr. Mason had to look for another partner.

Poor Dave is waiting (not so patiently) for his new board. Thought this might brighten his day...knowing he has a place in the dynamic duo..."The Double D's" (Or should it be "The Korgies"...no that's a dog)

Without Donny...the band has to go on!

Those planes fly north, too, Don. wink Just don't do it this time of year unless you really enjoy being cold. Today's high is just 52 here, but next week this time we will be lucky to see 40 degrees during the day.

Enjoy the warmth of LA, Don,

Gary

Not even sure what the temp is here, but I have shorts on, sleeveless tee and no socks. Real men don't wear socks till it snows.

Let's see, you're how old Dave? That outfit should attract a lot of females. Nothing uglier than old male feet in sandals smile. UGH. smile smile

Well, to be honest, that Florida 'socks and sandals' look is almost as bad smile smile.

Those are shoe marks - I should know, I get them every summer from wearing shorts and boat shoes while sailing. smile

Now that I have fully retired, my attire is Key West Formal - boat shoes or sandals, NO socks, shorts when the temperature is higher than my age, jeans when the temperature is lower than 65. Socks will be worn today because we are attending a party (Carol insisted).

There is a tradition each spring in the world of recreational sailing - The Burning Of The Socks. https://robinvanauken.com/burning-socks-a-mariners-tradition/ While I refuse to burn any of my clothing, it has always been a fun event with lots of booze and food brought by the participants, most of which who come by boat to small islands in the Chesapeake and some popular ports, such as Annapolis.

Yes, retirement has it's benefits, but I still would rather be working.
